The Powergen HR Department is a human resources consultancy specialising in the provision of an outsourced compliance services related to Generator opertor tarining for all types of organisations from small to medium sized enterprises to large companies and PLC's.
Powergen HR Department has been in operation since October 2001, and is a pioneer in the HR Generator field in the assessment of an organisation's compliance with a vast number of legislation and best practice.
A number of our clients have also asked us to provide expertise on a consultancy basis or as part of an on-going project in all aspects of the area of HR including:

The Powergen Group is responsible for the City's employee benefit plans including health, dental, term life and long term disability insurance in addition to medical and dependent care reimbursement accounts. The staff of three work with employees and insurance vendors to ensure proper enrollment in, administration of and communication about these plans.
